Sara is a licensed psychotherapist and completed her graduate education at Columbia University. She has extensive experience helping children, adolescents, and young adults overcome anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions. In her work with patients, she uses evidence-based therapeutic approaches in order to help clients feel better as soon as possible. Sara has worked in a variety of school and higher education settings and specializes in providing treatment to youth struggling with anxiety, self-esteem issues, and academic struggles. Her treatment approach is collaborative, warm, non-judgemental, extremely supportive, and informed by the latest research. She has completed post-graduate coursework in modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) and Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), and remains committed to her life-long professional development.
