National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach Licensed Physical Therapist
ReCODE 2.0 Certified Sugar Detox and Addiction Certified Coach
Jill Friedbauer, is a Partner Practitioner with Avita iCare. She graduated with distinction from Northeastern University with a Master’s in Physical Therapy and has been a licensed physical therapist for over 20 years.
Jill’s enthusiasm for the field of health and wellness led her to become one of the first 3,000-plus Nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coaches in the United States. She completed her training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Catalyst Coaching Institute, and the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute for Families, Pregnancy, Adults, and Seniors. In addition to her extensive coaching background, Jill is ReCODE 2.0 certified for the prevention and reversal of Alzheimer’s disease. Her passion for this work is deeply personal – both of her parents and several family members passed away from Alzheimer’s, inspiring her mission to educate and empower others toward brain health and prevention.
Jill is also a Sugar Detox and Addiction Coach (SDAC), helping individuals successfully eliminate or significantly reduce sugar and regain control of their health. While Jill has always been passionate about health and wellness, her impetus to become a health coach came from her own transformation after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease nearly two decades ago. This journey inspired her to write Heal Your Soul, Heal Your Gut, a book that shares her path to healing.
Jill can guide you with an organized process for meal preparation, provide shopping tips, perform pantry clean-outs, help you structure an exercise program, optimize sleep hygiene, and manage stress. With a holistic approach, Jill integrates the importance of joy, relationships, and spirituality within her coaching method. Clients recognize Jill for her compassionate and caring approach, focused on small, targeted goals that lead to long-term, sustainable results. A married mom of three, Jill enjoys reading, kick-boxing, yoga, tennis, hiking, and fishing.
